How does the loyalty points system work?

The Good People Farms offers a loyalty system that allows you to earn points with each purchase that are later able to be redeemed for cash discounts off of your order. Upon first ordering with us, you will receive a text message from our partners at SpringBig, giving you the opportunity to opt into our text message; at this point, you must opt in, in order to enroll yourself in the loyalty points system. Once you are enrolled, and link will be texted to you that gives you access to your Points Wallet; we recommend saving the link or bookmarking the page on your phone for easy access later on. After opting in to the loyalty points system, you will accrue points for every dollar you spend. At certain milestones, you will be able to redeem points for discounts, and after spending $1,000 with us, you will reach VIP status, and be given 20% off.

*When redeeming points, you must still meet the minimum requirements before tax and after the application of points to your order.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept both cash and card payments. If paying by card, we accept Visa and MasterCard debit, and credit as long as a PIN number is set up for the credit card being used. If your credit card does not have a PIN set up, we have found that most banks are able to establish one by calling the number on the back of the card, or for some banks, by going online. With all cards, we are only able to charge in $5 increments; therefore, our drivers will give you cash change for any overpayment that occurs (ex. Your total is $83, we must charge $85 on the terminal, and $2 will be given back to you in cash, or your change can be applied as a tip for your driver). Additionally, all card transactions incur a $3 transaction fee that should be accounted for when calculating your total. If wishing to tip your driver, you are able to let them know before they charge your card and they can add it to your total.

How Do Discounts Work?

At The Good People Farms we offer a variety of discounts that can be applied to your orders. Some of our most used include the student discount, veterans discount, and senior discounts. In order to receive the discount that applies to you, you can contact our dispatchers and let them know that you think you qualify for one of the discount options. Proof of ID- student ID card, Military ID, or state ID- will be required for redemption. If you do not meet one of these criteria, keep up to date on deals going on, on our website, and opt into our loyalty program that accrues rewards points for discounts as you order.

How do I create an account and order?

In order to create an account, you can either use our website, under the “order” tab, or you can contact us at (530) 758- WEED (758-9333). When creating an account be sure to have a picture of your ID card, delivery address, medical card (if applicable), and any special instructions for drivers. Once an account is created, you will be able to order products online by adding them to your cart and signing in, or by texting or calling the dispatch number with the products you are interested in.

Is there a minimum for delivery?

There is a minimum for delivery that is based on the location of the delivery being made. The minimum ranges between $45 and $150 depending on distance and location. In order to assure you receive an accurate minimum, we encourage you to call our shop number and speak with a dispatch team member.

*Minimums must be met before tax is calculated, and after any discounts have been applied. This includes loyalty points.

Do I have to have a medical card to…

If you are over 21 and have a valid, current ID you can order with The Good People Farms. We also accept members that are under 21 if they have a valid, current medical card. Those who are over 21 and have a valid, current medical card are also welcome to use their medical card on their accounts
